It has all the tools to create one. It's pretty easy to use too (at least if you're used to these kind of programs like RPG Maker) and in the workshop you'll find the help files.Keep in mind that it's a program to make specifically SRPG's and if you want to do something different you'll have to work your way with JS.. I'll state the obvious that it's way too expensive, not enough community support, and no Mac version. With that out the way, I really enjoy what's possible given the limitations of the engine. There is a HUGE learning curve but as you figure things out, it's very rewarding. It's great for those looking to make story based games with simple tactical combat. For software that's been around for almost 4 years, a real shame that no Mac OS port has been made. I hope to see this product grow and would recommend for anyone interested in SRPG or RPG game making.. This is all my opinion but from what I saw from its actual setup for a SRPGPotential: 9.5/10Creativity: 8/10Menu: 8.5/10This program has a very unique free feel and creative feel. You can FEEL The potential it has as a coding engine and as a SPRG Engine, It is amazing what this can do. Its like one of those programs that have massive potential but no one usually clicks on because they don't know what it is or are too intimidated by it. This program is amazing! Its easy and fun to use and is just so nice and clean. I took my whole time currently to go indepth into the engine and its setup and I find it so amazing, there will always be something you CAN do. Give it a shot! :D. I need to examine the program more to see how it truly works, but it's absolutely lovely to me so far. I've always wanted this engine, and I'd visit the original site with google translate to always see the statemnt that an english translation was possibly being considered. Now that it's here, I'm delighted.. This studio is what I've been dreaming of for years. Now that it's finally here, I find myself working on my game every day and making a ton of progress. Incredibly addicting once you start creating your own assets and utilizing them within your world that you're creating. Would recommen to anyone who wants to make a Fire Emblem-like game and be able to sell it once you finish making it. Assuming you don't use assets from other media that already exist, such as a Pikachu from Pokemon.... If you are used to programs like RPGMaker then you should be right at home with SRPG Maker.For me it was worth the wait and it is a very solid game creator.. Refunded Due to really low resolution output. I was hoping to save myself some time coding this from scratch and just making a game for fun.. but the quality is so low rez. I'm sure the program is great.. but it's just not great for me.. it's so awesome for Tactical or SRPG Fanboy Recommend to Developers: you should rework or make the DLC for the origin graphic8/10 Friendly for newbie and it's OK for Advanced Developer
